Trial involving the ACPE Association (Action Against Child Prostitution and Sexual Violence) at the Paris Juvenile Criminal Court: unlawful detention, assault, rape by a third party, aggravated procuring, and rape of a minor forced into prostitution.

From Monday 23 to Friday 27 February 2026, the Paris Juvenile Criminal Court will hear a case involving serious offences committed against a young girl who was the victim of false imprisonment, gang violence, rape by a third party and aggravated procuring, by an adult accused of raping a minor forced into prostitution.
The events date back to February 2022, when a 15-year-old girl who had run away from home was held captive, assaulted and forced into prostitution by three other underage girls, who were themselves involved in prostitution. Despite her pleas for help to clients, none of them contacted the police.
💡 With the support of the Alliance of Lawyers for Human Rights, the Association Agir Contre la Prostitution des Enfants (ACPE), represented by Mr Boris ROSENTHAL and Ms Sarah SAMEUR, has brought a civil action to combat the exploitation of minors in prostitution.
